There are various non-technical problems that could cause you difficulties when working with the incubator.
- Make sure that there is no milk/ dried-up milk inside the microwells of the incubator.
- Ensure the temperature of the incubator is set to 40°C at all times.
- The incubator’s temprature should not go higher than 40.5°C or lower than 38°C.
- For the milk to be incubated, the sample and reagent must be mixed thoroughly.
