Natamycin / Pimaricin

A fungicide substance which prevents the spoil of food by yeasts and moulds. Pimaricin is a safe and effective way to protect your wine, fruit juice, dairy and other food products from the deterioration that mould, yeasts and other fungi can cause.

The recommended dosage:

When using Pimaricin  it should be 10g per 1000 litre. To obtain a definite dosage a highly concentrated suspension in water should be prepared.  This is also the use of pimaricin in wine.

Pimaricin can be supplied 50/50 Natamycin – Lactose or Glucose by Prime Pharma.
