Pimaricin (Natamycin)
Fungicide substance which prevents the spoil of food by yeasts and moulds. Pimaricin is a safe and effective way to protect your wine, fruit juice, dairy and other food products from the deterioration that mould, yeasts and other fungi can cause. Can be supplied 50/50 Natamycin - Lactose, Glucose or Sodium Chloride.
Pimaricin eliminates and protects food against yeast, mould and other fungi. The recommended dosage when using Pimaricin should be 10g per 1000 litre. To obtain a definite dosage a highly concentrated suspension in water should be prepared. This is also the use of pimaricin in wine.
