Valiren XTL (Microbial Rennet)
Valiren 50 XTL is an economical, highly effective non-GMO milk clotting enzyme that can be used to replace animal extracted or GMO enzymes. The purification treatment used to render the rennet thermo labile, eliminates some unwanted protease side activities that could be the source for eg. bitter taste, without eliminating side activities enhancing taste and flavour.
