1.1. Management Control
Prime Pharma is a closed corporation with 3 members and managed by females.
1.3. Employment Equity
Prime Pharma is a voluntary participant and has filed its employment equity report with the Commission in 2005.
1.4. Preferential procurement
Prime Pharma imports the bulk of its products, but is in a process to evaluate BEE companies to supply products not imported.
1.5. Skills development
Prime Pharma contributes 1% of payroll to the Skills Development Fund.
1.6 Social Responsibility
Corporate Social Responsibility Programmes are being considered.
